About Us
The Droitwich Spa Neighbourhood Plan Working Group came into existence during September 2018 when Droitwich Council suspended work on the Neighbourhood Plan. The Working Group is independent from Droitwich Spa Town Council, comprising local residents who wish to persuade Droitwich Council to restart work on the Neighbourhood Plan. Most members of the Group were involved with the Neighbourhood Plan project while it was active.
A number of meetings were held with town councillors during the summer of 2019 and a new Management Group was formed comprising both local residents and elected councillors.
Delaying tactics by Droitwich Town Council during 2021 demoralised many of our supporters. Since mid 2021 the leading members of our team are:
